Growing up, Lynsey spent her summers working for her stepfather’s construction company. Then, after graduating from the University of Akron, she worked as a civil engineer and project manager for nearly a decade.
Along the way, she recognized the need for an intermediary between municipalities and the agents applying for permits. Enter, Permit Solutions. Thanks to Lynsey’s business model, she’s helped clients reduce turnaround times, decrease costs and break ground.
Vanessa is a director of operations with a knack for developing new processes and fine-tuning existing ones. She boasts a steady history of managing deadlines, building relationships and eliminating roadblocks.
Before joining the Permit Solutions team, she worked as a facilities manager at Jo-Ann Fabrics in their Facilities & Construction Department. Today, she uses her managerial skills to streamline a diverse array of permitting puzzles. She’s a crucial gatekeeper for our communications.
