Meet Lynsey.

Growing up, Lynsey spent her summers working for her stepfather’s construction company. Then, after graduating from the University of Akron, she worked as a civil engineer and project manager for nearly a decade.

Along the way, she recognized the need for an intermediary between municipalities and the agents applying for permits. Enter, Permit Solutions. Thanks to Lynsey’s business model, she’s helped clients reduce turnaround times, decrease costs and break ground.

Meet VANESSA.

Vanessa is a director of operations with a knack for developing new processes and fine-tuning existing ones. She boasts a steady history of managing deadlines, building relationships and eliminating roadblocks.

Before joining the Permit Solutions team, she worked as a facilities manager at Jo-Ann Fabrics in their Facilities & Construction Department. Today, she uses her managerial prowess to streamline a diverse array of permitting puzzles. She’s a crucial gatekeeper for our communications.

Meet Stephanie.

Stephanie is a permit coordinator with a strong background in interior design and management. Since graduating from the University of Akron, Stephanie advanced through the ranks in her retail career, ultimately becoming the senior store planner. Then, in 2012 she left the corporate world to launch her business as a freelance designer and drafting consultant. Today, she works for Permit Solutions and specializes in finding balance and order amidst a wide array of moving parts.

Meet Cathy.

Cathy is a project manager who consistently orchestrates projects from start to finish with her strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills. Prior to joining Permit Solutions, Cathy spent more than 10 years as a commercial construction project manager. Today, she acts as the liaison between all of the different stakeholders for a permitting project: municipalities, clients, architects and many more. She’s an independent self-starter with a great track record of proven results.

Meet Todd.

Todd is a survey specialist with a passion for the Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA. He uses his knowledge and experience to survey building sites and ensure ADA compliance. Todd finds this work especially meaningful because he loves being able to create accessibility for those with disabilities. When Todd walks into a new space, whether he’s on the clock or off, he constantly assesses the world around him to analyze the ADA compliance — it’s simply second nature.



Meet Nikki.

Nikki is a program specialist who has spent the vast majority of her career in the retail industry. Prior to joining Permit Solutions, Nikki was deeply involved in the remodeling, construction and closing of retail store projects, as well as chain and multi-site rollouts.

Around the office, she’s known for her strong business-minded intellect and her keen sense of urgency. She works quickly and efficiently to help our clients achieve their permitting goals on time and on budget.
